About Surprise Recurring Cleaning
Surprise Recurring Cleaning provides scheduled commercial cleaning contracts for office buildings, medical suites, professional services facilities, retail centers, and light industrial spaces across Surprise, AZ and the surrounding West Valley communities.
We have been operating in commercial cleaning for 22 years. That span covers the rapid commercial growth Surprise has seen along the Prasada corridor, the expansion of the medical district near Bell Road and Reems Road, and the light industrial build-out along Loop 303. We have cleaned facilities at every stage of that growth.
What We Are and What We Are Not
We are a commercial cleaning contractor. We do not clean homes. Every facility we service is a commercial or light industrial space with a facility manager, office administrator, or property manager as the point of contact. That focus matters because commercial cleaning in Surprise has different demands than residential cleaning — different chemical protocols, different crew scheduling requirements, different compliance expectations, and different accountability structures.
We work on written scope contracts, not verbal agreements. Every facility gets a walkthrough before the first clean. The walkthrough produces a scope document that lists every task, surface, area, and frequency. You approve that document. Pricing is based on it. The contract runs from it. If something changes — a new tenant, a remodel, a change in headcount — the scope is updated in writing before the change takes effect.
Coverage Area
Our service radius covers Surprise and the communities within 25 miles: El Mirage, Sun City West, Waddell, Peoria, Youngtown, Wittmann, Sun City, and Litchfield Park. All of these are under 30 minutes from our Surprise base. We do not take facilities beyond that radius because crew travel time directly affects the consistency of the work.
