What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Surprise

A recurring cleaning contract is not a subscription you turn on. It is a service built around a specific facility, a specific crew, and a documented scope. Here is how that takes shape from the first contact to the end of the first month.

1

Initial Contact and Facility Information

You call or submit the quote form. We confirm the facility address, approximate square footage, space type (office, medical suite, retail, light industrial), number of restrooms, and desired cleaning frequency. For facilities under 3,000 sq ft, this call is often sufficient to produce a draft quote. For larger spaces, we schedule a walkthrough.

2

On-Site Walkthrough

A 20 to 45 minute walkthrough with whoever manages the facility. We note flooring types in each area, restroom configuration, kitchen and breakroom layout, high-touch surfaces, restricted areas, security protocols, supply storage location, and any tenant-specific requirements. Medical and dental spaces get additional attention to disinfection points and OSHA-relevant surfaces.

3

Written Scope Delivered

Within two business days of the walkthrough, we send a written scope document. It lists every area, every task, and the frequency for each. You review it. If anything is missing or listed at the wrong frequency, you mark it up and send it back. We do not issue pricing until you have approved the scope.

4

Flat Monthly Pricing Issued

Once the scope is approved, we send a flat monthly rate. No per-visit variables, no fuel lines, no supply surcharges. The number on the contract is the number on the invoice, every month, unless the scope changes. If you need to add a suite or drop a floor, we revise the scope and the price before the change takes effect.

5

Crew Assignment and Start Date

We assign a fixed crew to your facility. The same people will clean your building on every scheduled visit. They are briefed on the scope, shown the facility layout, and given access credentials before the first clean. Start dates are confirmed in writing.

6

First Clean and 30-Day Check-In

The first clean is inspected by a supervisor. Any scope gaps — a task missed, a surface that needs different chemistry — are corrected before the second visit. At the 30-day mark, we contact the facility manager for a formal review. If anything is not meeting the scope, it is addressed in writing within 48 hours.

Response-Time Commitment

If you report a service issue by phone or email during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm), you will receive an acknowledgement the same day and a resolution plan by close of the next business day. Issues reported outside business hours are acknowledged by 10am the following business morning.
