Every commercial cleaning contractor in Surprise will tell you they are insured. Most cannot hand you a certificate of insurance on the day you ask. We include a certificate with every written quote we issue — before you sign anything.
General Liability Insurance
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Arizona. This covers property damage and third-party bodily injury arising from cleaning operations. If a crew member damages a glass partition, a piece of lobby furniture, or a piece of equipment during a clean, the claim goes through our carrier, not yours.
A certificate of insurance naming your facility as an additional insured is available on request and is standard with all new contracts.
Workers' Compensation
Every crew member who enters your facility is covered by workers' compensation. This is not an optional add-on for commercial cleaning in Arizona — it is a legal requirement, and contractors who work as "owner-operators" or use informal labour arrangements to avoid the cost are exposing your facility to liability if a worker is injured on-site. Our workers' compensation coverage is current and verifiable.
Bonding
We carry a commercial cleaning bond covering crew members who work inside client facilities. Bonding does not replace criminal background screening — it provides a financial backstop if a verified theft occurs and the claim is validated. Background checks on crew members are conducted at hiring.

We have been operating commercial cleaning contracts since 2002. That longevity is the most straightforward credential available in this industry: a contractor who has been operating for 22 years in the same market has a track record that can be examined and verified, not just claimed. We are not a startup with a new van and a freshly printed certificate.
