Five nights per week for high-traffic commercial facilities — dental practices, medical offices, multi-tenant buildings, and busy retail centers. Restroom turnaround, floor care, and surface disinfection on a nightly cycle.

Detail work that falls outside routine scope: grout restoration, baseboard scrubbing, upholstery cleaning, high-surface dusting, and floor stripping and recoating. Typically added to an existing recurring contract.

Every contract starts with a written scope — a document that lists every task, surface, area, and frequency specific to your facility. The scope is approved before pricing is issued. A weekly office clean in a 4,000 sq ft suite looks different from a weekly clean in a 4,000 sq ft dental practice with four operatories and a sterilisation room. The scope captures that difference; a generic service description does not.
